Psychotherapeutic Counselling in Kings Langley
My name is Gail Ralph. I offer psychotherapeutic counselling in Kings Langley. I work with individuals on a weekly one to one basis. I am within easy reach of Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Bushey, Rickmansworth, Radlett and St. Albans. I am also within 45 minutes drive of Aylesbury, Bletchley, Hatfield, Letchworth, Luton, Milton Keynes, Potters Bar, Tring and Welwyn Garden City.
The strange times we have and are still experiencing this year have affected us all to some degree. The continuing pressures put on social, work and family situations are able to be lessened by sharing with others but generally this is easier with someone not personally involved.
Are you feel anxious or depressed? Are you struggling with relationship issues or generally feeling unhappy? Do you want to be heard? If so I am here to listen. Counselling is a way of talking through your difficulties in a safe, non-judgemental space, where confidentiality is honoured.
My consulting room is in Kings Langley. I am committed to providing clients with a safe environment to help them talk about the issues that bring them into therapy. I am here to listen and provide a therapy room that is a quiet haven to enable a good working relationship to evolve between us. I believe my relational training provides a safe, empathic and respectful space to listen to you. Your confidentiality will be respected and any discussions within sessions will remain confidential. I appreciate that face to face counselling is difficult so in view of government guidelines I am currently offering telephone and/ or online sessions.
I see counselling as a bridge supporting the healing process which develops between client and therapist to help you to find new ways of coping with issues affecting everyday life. These could be specific personal and/or relationship issues. Emotional distress can be as painful and debilitating as physical illness, yet often people stay silent and ignore their emotional pain. Everyone deserves a safe space and empathic ear to voice any fear, pain or anxiety that may be affecting their happiness and well-being.
I understand what it's like to face difficult personal challenges and if you have reached that point of asking for help then you have taken the first step across the bridge to look at ways to improve the present and take further steps towards a different future.
